The place, which is a private psychiatric hospital owned by the notoriously unethical Murkoff Corporation. When he enters, Miles is shocked seeing the halls ransacked and mutilated corpses on the floor. Soon he finds out from an officer that Mount Massive’s deranged inmates called ”variants” managed to escape. So now they are freely roaming the place while butchering the employees of Murkoff’s. The game played from first-person perspective features several stealth gameplay mechanics. You are able to walk, run, jump, climb and even vault over objects.
